Who we are

A family for everyone

We are Iglesia Maná Para Las Naciones, a Hispanic Christian church in the heart of Hazleton, Pennsylvania. We were founded in 2020, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, handing out food to families who had lost their income overnight.

We lost our building in 2022, and again in 2024. Twice we packed up the chairs and started over from nothing. Today we are a congregation of about one hundred people at 235 East Broad Street, and we keep growing for one simple reason: what comes in goes back out to the community.

All of our services are in Spanish. Our food pantry, however, is open to anyone in Hazleton regardless of language, church or background — no paperwork and no questions asked.

Groceries for anyone who needs them

Our Pan de Vida ministry hands out free groceries to between 150 and 250 families every other Thursday at 11:00 am.

You do not have to be a member. You do not have to be Christian. We do not ask for ID, proof of income or immigration status. If you are in need, it is for you.

When we have them, we also give out clothing and basic household items. Call +1 (347) 499-0639 to confirm the next distribution date.
